Hans Vandenberghe is an executive coach and adviser based inear Ghent in Belgium. He works with CEOs and senior leadership teams at the point where the way they currently lead has become the constraint on what the organisation can do next.
He has coached senior leaders across five continents at organisations including Vodafone, British Airways, Sanofi, Syngenta and Jones Lang LaSalle, and works equally with management teams in professional firms and established SMEs in Flanders.
